Well. DC invented Batman and Aquaman, but they also recently fucked up all their character designs, and they also invented Countdown. 

Marvel, on the other hand, is responsible for that awful Ghost Rider movie, and employs Rob Liefeld, who is a terrible artist. However, he created Deadpool. 

Therefore, Marvel. 

Because Deadpool wins any and all arguments, ever.
